Tab Trade - What Traders Should Know

TabTrade — What It Is

TabTrade went live in Q1 2026. Online broker incorporated in Saint Lucia, regulated by Saint Lucia's FSRA. The founder is Benjamin Boulter. Before this, he was in leadership at BlackBull Markets, an FMA-regulated broker.

The BlackBull connection is relevant. It suggests the leadership has actually done this before. That is not a guarantee. Still preferable to someone with no brokerage experience.

They launched with Equinix data centre access in London. Same facilities banks and hedge funds use. Usually a new brokerage leads with marketing and bonuses. These guys went the other way. Unusual for a new broker.

Market coverage: FX, stock indices, gold, silver, oil, energies, softs, stock CFDs, cryptocurrencies, exchange-traded funds. Over 1,000 instruments. For a broker that is a few months old, the breadth is not narrow.

What You Trade On

You get: MT5, cTrader, and a browser platform. Two major platforms from a single account. Many only give you one or the other. Having both is useful. Pick what suits your style.

MT5 is what most people know. Full charting, EAs, massive community. If you have used MT4 or MT5 before, there are no surprises.

cTrader is the cleaner option. Better DOM. More responsive charts. Native automated trading. Plenty of traders prefer it once they try it.

Direct FIX connectivity is there for bots but needs the VIP account ($25,000 to open). TradingView charting is said to be in the works. That would make the platform set once it is live.

Costs

Three account types: Standard, Edge, VIP.

Standard account. 1.0 pip spreads. No commission. Easy to track. $0 to start. Suits beginners.

Edge account. Raw spreads from 0.0 pips on average. Commission of $3.50 each way. All-in: raw spread plus $7 per full lot. On majors, the actual interbank spread is often a fraction of a pip. So your all-in cost can sit below 0.5 pips. That is good for a broker with no minimum deposit. Most brokers that run raw pricing at this level require a minimum deposit. This broker has no minimum.

VIP account. $25,000 minimum. FIX connectivity, execution under 20ms, custom pricing. Not something typical accounts. Do not worry about it unless you run serious volume.

Execution Speed

This is the area where Tab Trade separates from most new launches. Equinix servers in London. Execution below 30 milliseconds on Edge. Below 20ms on VIP. That is not marketing fluff. The average platform operate at hundreds of milliseconds.

Should you care? If you scalp, yes. The gap between fast execution and sluggish execution is the difference between. If you trade higher timeframes, you probably will not feel it. But the fact that the infrastructure is there. That is what kind of broker this is.

Pair those fill times with 0.0 pip spreads and $7 round-turn and the overall offering holds up. Hardly anyone in this bracket run Equinix connectivity.

The FSRA Question

Now, the detail that matters. The broker is licensed by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Saint Lucia. That is tier-3. No ASIC. No government-backed safety net. If the lack of tier-1 regulation is a problem for you, stop reading. There are FCA-regulated options out there.

That said. The founder built his career at BlackBull Markets, an FMA-regulated broker. The Equinix infrastructure is not cheap. Dodgy operations do not invest in Equinix connectivity. That does not make it safe. But inform your assessment.

What you are accepting: you trade regulatory safety. In exchange: high leverage, raw pricing from 0.0 pips, $0 to start, Equinix execution. Whether this deal makes sense depends on you.

Welcome Offer

TabTrade has a deposit bonus of up to two thousand dollars. Typical sign-up bonus. You deposit, the broker credit extra capital. Standard terms apply: minimum lots traded before the bonus becomes withdrawable. Review the fine print before you deposit.
